The removal of the Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF) is one of the most frequently methods chose by our customers. Theoretically once eliminated filter will never again make the problem. Currently, this method is seen as the most effective way to get rid of the problems associated with FAP/DPF. It allows you to stress-free riding, without fear that the failure of individual parts (e.g. turbine, injectors, and sensors) or driving at short distances (ride in the city) will bring the problem back. The removal also enables you to dispose of the additional expenses linked to the servicing a filter such as pouring the catalytic fluid.
The removal of the particulate filter includes two major stages:
- disabling the FAP/DPF in ECU
- mechanical removal of the filter interior (cartridge)
The result of our service is the disappearance of all faults and emergency modes arising form the incorrect FAP/DPF operations.
In particular, we read the software, modify it and upload it back to the engine control unit. The whole procedure is made without soldering and inserting additional wires, etc.
